How we verify professionals
We operate the most stringent vetting process in Pakistan's home services market. A professional cannot accept a single job on our platform until they pass these four specific steps:
CNIC Verification
We cross-check Government ID cards using official databases to ensure the absolute identity of the individual.
Police Character Certificate
Every Tasker must provide a recent, cleared safety certificate from their local police station before activation.
Skills Evaluation
Professionals are evaluated on their domain expertise either through certifications or our internal vetting protocols.
Ongoing Monitoring
Once active, Taskers must maintain a minimum 4.0 star rating. Any reports leads to immediate suspension.
Escrow Payment Protection
When you book a professional on Fastask, you do not pay them directly upfront.
Your payment is held securely in our neutral escrow vault. The funds are physically locked away and are only released to the professional's bank account when two things happen: the professional marks the job as complete, and you tap "Approve" on your phone.
If the tasker doesn't show up, or you cancel properly before the deadline, your funds are returned instantly. You never have to awkwardly ask for your money back.

In-app Report
Tap "Report an Issue" on your active or completed booking. This halts the escrow payment instantly while we investigate.
Human Review
Our Islamabad-based dispute team reviews the job timeline, verified photos, and in-app message history.
48h Resolution
We guarantee a firm resolution (refund, dispatch replacement, or payout) within 48 hours of your report.
How we protect your data
Fastask strictly adheres to Pakistani PDPA requirements. Your precise home address is never shown publicly—it is only revealed to the specific Tasker you have hired, simply so they can arrive. Your phone number is routed through our network so that professionals cannot save your number unless you give it to them directly.
